Lasting Memories Ch #55 - "Infinity" - It's all about Black and White

First off, would like to take a moment to remember those who were lost or who lost loved ones on 9/11.  I can't believe 10 years have passed.  You were lost but NEVER will be forgotten!!

Today for Lasting Memories Layout Challenge #55... it's all about Black and White!!  Black and White Photos and all Papers and Embellies all in good ol' black and white.  I personally think there is such  elegance to a Black and White layout!!  Let's see what you can do!!  Here is my layout to share.

These photos are from our recent trip to Ocean Shores.  It was the kid's first time seeing the OCEAN.  We have seen Puget Sound, and many Lakes and Rivers... but this was a first.  They just stared and stared at the never ending waves, water and sky that seemed to go on forever.  My 5 year old stated "Mom, it's just like INFINITY."  Thus my title!!  :-)  Such a cool moment to capture.  An ah ha moment.
Head on over to Lasting Memories and link up your Black and White layouts by Saturday 9/17 @ 9pm EST.  You have a chance to be our "Winner", part of our "Top 3" or even "Featured" throughout the week.
The Design Team Gals have plenty of inspiration to share with you.  Fun stuff to see!!

I am also entering my layout over at Frosted Designs Sketch along Tuesdays #23 where I followed this sketch...

And finally, I am entering this over at the Getting Scrappy Challenge # 16 where you had to use twine or ribbon on your layout and as always include a Cricut Cut.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Supplies:
Making Memories alpha stickers, Kaiser Craft Rub Ons, Echo Park Dots and Stipes collection, sheer black ribbon, white baker's twine, A*Muse Studio button, Stampin' Up white and black cardstock, Cricut Life's a Beach (Seagulls), Going Places (Clouds), Jasmine (Infinity Title)

Awww! This is so sweet and he's right, it is like infinity, but yet I've never heard it said that way and he is right on the money! I remember my guys when we first went to Florida, they were 5 and 9 and oh, they were in awe of the ocean. We got hit with Hurricane Wilma that yr as well and man, that was an experience in itself I tell ya. I love your LO and the innocence of it all. Beautiful!

This is such a great page! You can almost feel the serenity from those pictures....is it wrong to wonder what it would look like in color?
