Some Fun Cards to Share...

I have had a busy weekend thus far attending a couple of Stampin' Up stamp camps. Always fun to hang with friends and neighbors doing what I LOVE to do.  Thought I'd share the cards that we all created.

Wine & Spirits Card # 2 - SSSC # 101

I have another winery themed card to share with you.  I found a fun blog called The Sweetest Thing and saw that she does a Sketch Challenge every Sunday.  It was a perfect sketch for what I was trying to create.  Again I was challenged to create a card without a sentiment, which is a challenge in itself for me.  So along with sharing with all of you, I am also entering this into the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge # 101.  I flipped the sketch to vertical.  Always love to hear what people think.  Both good and "Helpful" hints.. a.k.a constructive criticism.  :-)
Enjoy!!

Good Evening All!!  I was not planning on posting my project this late, but my day has been a tad bit interesting.  Never a dull moment.
We have many Birthday celebrations coming up... including mine. (Yay)  So hopefully you don't get tired of my Birthday card creations that are planned for this week.
I used the Paper Pals Arts 77 Sketch challenge for this card.  Colors seem a little dark in the photo... that is what I get not having natural daylight. Thanks for checking it out!!

Taking a break from Paper. - Easy Doll Tees

My daughter received and American Girl doll from Santa.  A girl can never have enough clothes... let alone her doll.  So today we embellished some Doll T-shirts with the help of my Craft Stash.  I think I ended up doing most of the work, but when my daughter's smile peeked through her congested head cold... I knew I had done good.  She told me that "Bella" was happy.  :-)
T-Shirts - From American Girl Crafts
Buttons - Boxer Scrapbooks Inc.
Ribbon - Stampin' Up Old Olive 1/8"
Gems - Jewelry Essentials & American Girl Crafts
Misc. - Black floss string and colored pom poms

Back to paper crafting tomorrow.  Enjoy!

Wine & Spirits Card - Mojo Monday Sketch 173

I've come out of hiding.  Where is January going??
I'll be honest... I love my post today!  I was asked to make some Winery/Vineyard cards, but to not include any sentiments.  Well I am just one of those people that has to add a sentiment to every card, so this was sort of on the challenging side.  I thought of this card in my "Dream State" of sleep and then saw the Monday Mojo 173 Sketch and said "PERFECT."
Hope you like.

Easy/Quick solution to all those Christmas photo cards

Happy 2011 everyone!!
We receive numerous Christmas Cards with photos of our friends and family each year.  I hate to throw them away, or shove them in the back of my address book or attempt to find 15 magnets for the fridge.  About 4 years ago I decided to start cropping them as small as I could and make a 12 x 12 layout of them in a collage form.  Not only does it hang on the side of our fridge with just one magnet, but it is also a great way to finish off that last page of your family/friends scrapbook for that particular year.  Sort of works as my "Label" for my scrapbook.
This took me all of 20 minutes to complete.  Easy Peasy!!
Enjoy.  Looking forward to chatting with you in the new year!!
I ended making 2 of these.
