The Tree Farm!! LMCB # 118

Hi everyone!!  So we had our first dusting of snow over the weekend.  We saw it just enough to say it was there and then within an hour it was back to rain. The kids are excited at the possibility of more this month.  How about you??

On that note... we have a new challenge over at Lasting Memories.

This weeks challenge is
"Anything But Snow"
Make a layout that does not show a hint of snow or wintery weather.

These are photos from our last year's trip to the U-Cut Tree farm for our tree. It was overcast and drizzly.  No snow to be seen!!  :)  I am showcasing a Digital image from our sponsor, Cedar Chest Designs this week called "Holiday Reindeer."

I couldn't pass up the chance to highlight my daughter's Reindeer Antlers that she wears almost every day of December until Christmas.  Such a festive kid we have.

One lucky winner will win a $10 gift certificate to the Cedar Chest Designs store.

Some closeups...
 Here is cute "Holiday Reindeer"

And this shows better my use of 4 patterned papers for the Frosted Designs challenge.

A few other challenges that inspired me with my layout...

First time joining these Ladies.  :)

Use CHRISTMAS COLORS

For their 12 days of Christmas on Day 4 was to use 4 different patterned papers.

Thanks so much for visiting today!!  Hope you found some inspiration to scrap a NO SNOW layout for us to see at Lasting Memories.

Your layout looks fabulous. We still get a fesh tree every year. My daughter refuses to have an articial tree...she says it will not smell as good.

Merry Christmas to you and your family,
