LMCB 101 "A Special Celebration"

Happy Sunday everyone!  Ohhh what a wonderful summer we are having.  Which explains my lack of posting and creating!!  But gosh... here I am to share a quick layout with you and to tell you all about the newest challenge starting over at Lasting Memories.  The theme of the challenge is a SPECIAL CELEBRATION.  Most think of Birthdays, Holidays, Anniversaries etc... well... our family celebrated with our youngest learning how to walk. (and honestly... birthdays photos are always harder for me to scrap... I've got piles)  1 month prior he wanted to sooo bad... and couldn't quite figure it out. All of the sudden... we are suffering one night with bad colds... should've been sleeping... and there goes our son... taking off down the hallway.  I guess he thought we needed some late night excitement!  :-)
Here is my layout to share.  This is done with mostly stamping, fussy cutting and creating my own things... such as the road at the bottom.  Very quick and easy!

And... one last thing before you venture off... along with our challenge today... our DEAR BLOG LEADER for Lasting Memories is celebrating her BIRTHDAY!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAREN!!!!
Karen - Owner
Go check out her wonderful creations and photography if you get a chance and wish my dear friend a HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!  :-)

Enjoy your day everyone!!
~Michele

Seems they always pick the most inconvent time to start something new. Nothing like chasing a ttoddler when your sick. The layout is super cute with all the handmade elements

Great layout and title. You are so lucky to catch these pics as they always do things when we don't have a camera ready. Very cute!
